Reduce, Reuse & Recycle

Did you ever ask yourself what happens to organoid leftover pieces? Material that can’t be offered to our clients due to its size or quality? In dealing with this, we follow the principle of reduce, reuse & recycle. Here you can see how this concept of sustainability can be put into action.

Leftover pieces find a new, meaningful use if they are provided to local institutions. Social institutions or kindergartens use the natural material to do handicrafts or to put a special touch on their work. Unnecessary waste is avoided, and the people enjoy working with real, scented natural materials.

The organization Lebenshilfe Landeck creates magical things and recycles the organoid leftovers in a meaningful way. You can see how that’s done in this Video:

More than 11 000 people with intellectual disabilities are supported by the organization Lebenshilfe in Austria. This includes living, working and defending their rights. The organization gives visibility to the demands these people have in order to lead a self-determined life. Here, you can find more information about the work of this organization. Did you know? The origin of our natural fibre is particularly close to our hearts. To produce our natural surfaces, we also use raw material that can’t be used in standard production anymore. Waste material like coffee grounds, moss or spelt are used in an innovative way in interior design.
