DELICATE SKELETONIZED RUBBER TREE LEAVES

Skeleton leaves are real rubber tree leaves. Through a drying process, only the structure of the leaves remains. This creates a unique eye-catcher. For our surfaces, the leaves are hand-picked and placed on the backings individually. This way, we can ensure the consistent high quality of the surface.

HPL
The HPL (high pressure laminate) in accordance with EN 438 is suited for wall- and ceiling cladding, as well as for holistic furniture and interior design. Large-scale applications enable a real experience of nature in interior spaces – for a unique atmosphere.

Installation of Organoid natural surfaces on HPL engineered wood:

  • Use like common HPL-panels, on many surfaces and constructions
  • HPL-Platten am umlaufenden Rand ca. 2 cm besäumen – aufgrund von Materialauftragsdichte durch Streutechnik
  • Cover the natural surface with the enclosed separating paper
  • pressing temperature. 60°C
  • For sensitive wood-working applications, use a counter-balance (enclosed on request)
  • For cutting, use panel saws, table saws, hand-held circular saws, jigsaws, but also CNC-milling.
  • Pre-trials recommended
