Every year in mid-August we start to harvest the alpine grass from our meadow. This meadow can only be mown once a year, as it is 1,700 meters above sea level and can only be reached by foot.

The raw material for our decorative coating WILDSPITZE is mown by scythe and collected with rakes. It takes two warm and sunny days to get it dry.

Down in the valley the hay is cleaned and cut. According to an exact recipe and under strict quality control the hay is processed to the final product.

Applied on walls or furniture, or simply for decoration – there are unlimited application possibilities.
