Withdraw from contract

You placed an order with us as a consumer and would like to withdraw from the contract? Use this form to declare your withdrawal online. After submitting, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email. Details on the right of withdrawal and its exceptions, for example for goods cut to customer specifications, can be found under Shipping, Payment & Returns.

Withdrawal possible

• for consumers (B2C) within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason
• in particular for standard samples

Withdrawal not possible

• for entrepreneurs (B2B), who have no statutory right of withdrawal
• for goods made to customer specifications (§ 18 para 1 no 3 FAGG): custom cut-to-size roll goods, project-specific cuts, made-to-measure natural surfaces, custom-configured surface products
