PURE ORGANOID FEELINGS

Our natural surfaces.

Bringing the fragrance of Alpine hay into your home was only achieved after years of intensive research and trials until a breakthrough in 2012: Natural materials are pressed into tiles, whereby the natural feel and colour, as well as natural fragrance are largely retained. This was a real innovation!

What we produce.

Natural materials are mixed with an ecological binding agent and then pressed together during a careful pressing process into a thin layer – which may be 0.1 to 3 mm thick depending on the raw materials used. As a matter of practice, the natural surfaces are not treated and are delivered in their original quality.

ORGANOID surfaces are practically emissions-free and allergy tested. They are free from ecological or other health concerns in addition to being climate friendly and manufactured in a CO2-neutral process in Tyrol, Austria.

In order to meet the very high standards of water, scratch, light and abrasion resistance, our surfaces can be sealed with conventional oils and varnishes.

Hand-MADE in the tyrol.

To provide the requested translucency and stability multiple layers of raw materials have to be applied.

The stock programme 2020 contains 22 different surfaces on 7 carriers. The right product for every application.

meticulous work.

Small petals and single leaves are applied according to the draft manually.

To meet our customer's wishes we can produce special surfaces regarding raw material or coating thickness.

consistant quality control .

We’ll ensure your order is fulfilled precisely to exact specifications of surface quality ensured by consistent quality control measures employing 40 different parameters.

the final touch.

After the final inspection the surfaces are ready to be shipped.

The collection is available promptly from stock. Special surfaces have a delivery time of 4-6 weeks.

pure nature.

All surfaces of Organoid Technologies will be delivered UNTREATED - without a sealing with varnishes or oils. That's to keep the natural characteristics of the raw material regarding scent, haptics and optics alive.

The ageing of the surfaces through UV-light is a natural process.

If a sealing is necessary.

To increase the abrasion and water resistance as well as the light fastness our surfaces can be treated with conventional oils and varnishes.

Good results have been achieved with Adler Aqua-Resist and Adler Lignovit Terra, among others.

We strongly recommend - depending on the intended use - to carry out appropriate pre-tests in a suitable size.

Epoxy resin coating

For particularly high demands on durability and abrasion resistance the natural surface - on various carriers - can be sealed and preserved with an epoxy resin sealing.
